Terms

  • Validity: Valid until June 30, 2026.
  • Green Stay: To respect your privacy and our environment, housekeeping (bed linen change/amenity refill) is not provided during this stay, ensuring an undisturbed private time.
  • Policy: Offer valid for consecutive nights in the same room type only.
Occupancy Limits & Extra Bed Policy

To ensure the quality of your stay, please note the occupancy limits for each room type:

Room Capacity

  • Sky / Ocean Double Room: Max 2 guests (including infants). No extra beds/guests.
  • Forest / Rock / Acacia Double Room: Allows 1 additional child under 12 (no extra bed).
  • Pond Double Room: Max 2 extra mattresses allowed. Total capacity: 4 guests.
  • Zheng Double Room: Max 1 extra mattress allowed. Total capacity: 3 adults + 1 child.

Children Fees (Under 12)

  • Under 5 years: Free of charge.
  • 6-12 years (No Bed): NT$ 1,000 (Incl. breakfast/Happy Hour/facilities) OR NT$ 300 (Facilities only).
Extra Bed & Breakfast Fees

Extra Bed (Incl. Breakfast & Happy Hour)

  • Under 12 years: NT$ 1,800 / person (Mattress only: NT$ 1,000)
  • 13+ years: NT$ 2,500 / person (Mattress only: NT$ 1,500)

* Extra bed fee includes cleaning service and simple mattress bedding. Please note that adding a bed may reduce living space.

Breakfast Add-on

  • 13+ years: NT$ 750 / person
  • Under 12 years: NT$ 500 / person
